Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Lost or Stolen Packages

EyeZen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. These situations fall outside our refund policy.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement order. However, this is subject to evaluation.
If the courier is unable to locate the package, filing a police report may be necessary in certain cases.
